There is almost nothing more enjoyable than finding that perfect wine for a the food on your plate. Be it an elegant spaghetti dinner, pizza and a movie, or an afternoon picnic in a park, wine can tag along to matter what the flavour. There is no one wine for one food either, each dish has the potential to be hosted by a number of wines from all across the globe. What better way to travel than to discover not only the gastronomy of the country but also their take a tour of their wine cellar as well? From one corner to the other I will try and discover new flavours, pair them with great and authentic wines, and uncover the charm of wineries that are worth a visit.
